Jeanne Tisinger, a seasoned global executive, brings her extensive leadership and technological expertise to GGiT as an Active Advisor. Her career path has been diverse, spanning the public and private sectors, as well as national level security organizations, with a primary emphasis on strategic development, technology oversight, and managing cyber risks. With her skills in navigating the complexities of digital security and her insight into evolving market trends, Tisinger enhances GGiT’s ability to offer superior technology and knowledge.

Jeanne served as Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency for Support (DDS) and was responsible for cyber, personnel, physical security, infrastructure, finance, supply chain management, real estate acquisition and management, medical, human resources, and associated information technology. Prior to her role as DDS, she served as CIA’s Chief Information Officer (CIO), where she held worldwide responsibility for Enterprise Information Technology strategy, architecture development, infrastructure operations, software development, and service delivery. She drove enhancements to the CIA’s resiliency posture and significantly advanced inter- and intra- Agency collaboration capabilities.

Jeanne has also served as a C-suite advisor for cybersecurity to Mastercard since 2017. She advises Mastercard leadership on internal cyber security, cyber security as a revenue generating business, operational resiliency, and program management. In addition, she serves as a consultant on technology strategy, cyber defense, shared services and workforce inclusion for a variety of clients including financial services, technology solutions providers, energy, and national defense.

Jeanne was named by Washingtonian magazine as a Top 100 Tech Titan for the National Capital Region, Information Week’s Top 25 Public CIO’s, and FedScoop’s top 10 Most Influential Women in Federal IT.

Jeanne received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from George Mason University and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
